Using leftover yarn from some other projects. I know I got a 0-6mo sweater in the Flax pattern out of a single ball of Mighty Stitch, so I expect to have plenty of yarn between 1.5 skeins of navy and a barely used skein of white.

I edited the stitch counts a bit to make the 0-6month size even smaller to fit a newborn. Based on my first kid, I make tiny babies 😉
I also plan to do the garter ridge on the sleeves in seed stitch, instead.

I am so terrible at blankets… They take SO much time! I hope I can get this done before baby #2 is born!

Baby #2 arrived and I haven’t made much progress on this blanket, but at least it’s not winter/cold weather yet!
After waffling between making a Small or a Medium (I “typically” have a 34” bust but am currently pregnant so going off pre-pregnancy measurements), I decided to go with the medium since the modeled pattern photos are a medium on a 34” bust.

I played yarn roulette at the end… And the skein ran out before the end. So my last lace section only has rows 1-11 and I bound off on row 11.
I may have needed to use smaller needles to get a shawl out of a single ball of Chroma.
It’s not my favori…
I did the leg decreases on the inner part of the thigh… Not sure I like it.
I’m also not sure if I want to try to dye this pair… Never dyed wool before. 😛
