Using some cheap clothesline (100 ft cotton clothesline with a polypropylene core). I did trim the core and then knot the outer cotton to prevent the cut end from fraying – I plan on just leaving it on the inside of the basket.

My cousin is expecting a baby and, after browsing their registry, I noticed a lot of elephant-themed items. So I had to find something elephant-related that I could gift for their shower. 🙂
I modified a pattern for a hooded bird blanket to make a panda blanket instead! 🙂 I’ve made a few hooded baby blankets since then, and the Cuddly Crochet hoodie bird blanket pattern is my favorite.
Not sure what pattern I used for the booties, but those were my first baby booties. 🙂
